Dear SOLVE Science Team members, As you know, the SOLVE web site is now up and running. You can access a lot of mission-related information from the web site, and we anticipate that many people will find the SOLVE home page to be an extremely useful resource. The SOLVE URL is: http://cloud1.arc.nasa.gov/solve/ In order to be most effective, the information in the web site must be as up-to-date as possible. To that end, we are asking members of the SOLVE Science Team to visit the site and look at two sections in particular. The first is the investigation write-ups listed under 'instrumentation' and 'theory.' A lot of the instrument/theory team write-ups are out-of- date or non-existent. We would appreciate each team reviewing the write- up for their investigation and either updating it as necessary or providing a new write-up for inclusion on the web site. Please use the other write-ups as a guideline for format, style, and the type of information that should be included. These write-ups should be provided electronically to Kathy Wolfe (kwolfe@al.noaa.gov). You are welcome to include graphics as appropriate. In addition, we need to update the Science Team list found under 'organization.' Again, a lot of the information is out-of-date or incomplete. Please review the list for your team and provide Kathy with any corrections/changes as appropriate. Be sure to review the 'other' list at the bottom of the page to make sure that some of your team members have not been placed there in error. We need the updates to the Science Team by Friday, 21 May. We ask that you provide the investigation write-ups no later than Tuesday, 2 June. Thanks very much for your assistance with this effort. Sincerely, The SOLVE Management Team
